Clemence has been working in the data and AI space for over a decade. She has helped major retailers and ecommerce organisations like Sainsbury’s and Net-a-porter realise value by leveraging innovative and smart capabilities. More recently, she spent over 3 years at Depop, a social marketplace for the Gen Z, where she built and led the data science and machine learning function and delivered impactful capabilities in the domain of personalisation, search engine, moderation and marketing.
Clemence joined ITV in January 2021 and is currently the Director of Data Innovation, a newly formed function inside the Data and Insight Group. Her role covers all areas of data technology. She provides expertise and leadership to build and develop a team of data scientists, data engineers, platform engineers and machine learning specialists creating value across the whole of ITV.
