Rob is an IT leader with over 16 years’ experience in the travel and retail industries and whose role requires him to proactively lead a Digital IT function in line with overall business strategy, against service levels and with a focus on customer satisfaction. Rob has a strong strategic background, with significant experience of developing and delivering IT strategy and transformation whilst leading high performing teams on the design, delivery, and support of business critical 24/7 services.
